Sponsorship

Platinum sponsor (€ 3000/4000/5000):
Booth with company representative, high visibility on the website and in the book of abstract. Distribution of advertising material or related material to attendees. Possibility to present 1 oral communication and 2 poster communications. This package includes 1 registration fee for a sponsor staff member. Extra registration fees may be purchased by sponsors for additional staff members with discount on the registration fee based on the financial contribution (20% discount, 30% discount and 50% discount).

Gold sponsor (€ 2000/2500):
Exhibition space, high visibility on the website and in the book of abstract. Distribution of advertising material or related material to attendees. Possibility to present 1 flash communication and 1 poster communication. This package includes 1 registration fee for a sponsor staff member. Extra registration fees may be purchased by sponsors for additional staff members with a 20% discount on official fees.

Silver sponsor (€ 1000/1500):
Visibility on the website and in the book of abstract. Distribution of advertising material or related material to attendees. Possibility to present 1 flash communication and 1 poster communication. Registration fees may be purchased by sponsors for staff members with a 20% discount on official fees.

Bronze sponsor (€ 500):
Visibility on the website and in the book of abstract.

Possibility of sponsorship of side events (coffee-breaks, lunches, dinners, gala dinner, social events) and the institution of different prizes for the attendees can be discussed with the organizers
